Terms of Service

By booking a class or 1:1 session with Arizona Center for Myotherapy, you agree to these policies, including our cancellation and refund terms. Classes are educational and fitness‑oriented and do not replace medical care.

Liability Waiver & Informed Consent

I understand that myotherapy involves soft‑tissue techniques, stretching, and guided self‑care using tools such as therapy balls. I acknowledge that:

• Myotherapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
• I will disclose relevant medical conditions and stop if I experience unusual pain.
• I assume responsibility for my participation and release the instructor/facility from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Waitlist

• Scheduling and payment are handled via Acuity Scheduling.
• 24‑hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations/no‑shows may forfeit the session.
• Waitlist is available in Acuity; you will be notified if a seat opens.

Refunds

• Class packs are non‑transferable and expire per the terms shown in Acuity.
• Refunds are not issued for used portions of packs; unused sessions may be refunded per posted policy.
• Please contact us for extenuating circumstances; we aim to be reasonable.

Privacy

Photo/Video Release (Optional)

With your consent, we may use photos or short video clips for educational or promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by notifying us.
